Join us for an essential briefing on generative AI's impact on K-12 education from a legal perspective! We’ll examine generative AI’s ability to enhance learning and efficiency while being mindful of its potential drawbacks and of legal and ethical considerations. This session will address critical issues facing school district leadership, including staff and student use of AI tools, academic integrity, privacy, curriculum and assessment, and support services. The session concludes with actionable strategies for policy adoption and implementation and best practices for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
