In the past year, the presenters have reviewed more than 140 superintendent employment agreements, examining how contract language supported or fell short of protecting rights and responsibilities. This interactive session will share themes and trends identified by ACSA’s Member Assistance and Legal Support Team. The presenters will discuss considerations for fair and equitable contract language that will better meet today’s job volatility. For over 24 years, MALST has assisted nearly 2,500 California Superintendents with their contracts. The presenters will be available to answer your individual questions after the session.
