About me
Janet Morey joined ACSA’s Member Assistance and Legal Support team after “retiring” in 2014. More than half of her 42+ years in public education include administrative experiences as district program coordinator, principal, assistant superintendent of educational services and superintendent. She served as an education leader in five school districts: Montebello USD, ABC USD, Placentia- Yorba Linda USD, Alta Loma SD, Fullerton SD. An LA Native, Janet attended public, K-12, schools and earned undergrad and graduate degrees from UCLA. In addition to ACSA, she was an instructor and executive coach for OCDE’s school administrator credential programs and a volunteer docent leading K-12 student tours at the Japanese American National Museum and Center for Democracy and Justice.
