Jared Austin has worked in public charter schools for over 19 years as a Teacher, Principal and Co-Founder & Superintendent/CEO. Mr. Austin is the Superintendent/CEO and Co-Founder of Kairos Public Schools, in Vacaville, California. Jared has served public charter schools in a variety of ways including being appointed to the Advisory Commission on Charter Schools (ACCS) by the California State Board of Education in 2017, 2020 and 2021. Jared serves on the California Charter Schools Association (CCSA) Member Council representing Solano County & Contra County. Lastly, Mr. Austin serves as an adjunct professor at Touro University’s Educational Leadership department.
