Your time is limited, and the stakes are high. In a continuously evolving education landscape, one thing remains the same. Superintendents and their administrative teams will continue to face complex challenges that require efficient and impactful solutions.

Superintendents who want to maximize their ability to lead with clarity, build trust, and make impactful decisions when solving these complex challenges know that the key is deeply understanding the experiences, values, and beliefs of the people in their school communities.

This interactive session will feature a panel discussion with two tenured California Superintendents who have successfully transformed their approach to community engagement. They will share real-world examples of how they’ve overcome the limitations of traditional engagement methods to save time, increase trust, and make better decisions for their districts across a range of initiatives including strategic planning, district operations, LCAP, schedule changes, and leadership hiring without getting stuck in data overload.

The session will include a live Q&A, allowing you to ask questions and get the tailored advice you need to implement these strategies in your district.
