Roxanna Bautista Villaseñor is an educational leader with 25 years in public education, currently serving as Superintendent of River Charter Schools. Known for her dedication to systemic change and equity-driven practices, she has impacted schools across Sacramento, Yolo, and San Joaquin Counties. Her visionary leadership includes founding a California Public Charter School and advancing in roles such as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, focusing on staff development and student success.
Mrs. Villaseñor is passionate about dismantling barriers to ensure all students, can excel. For the 2024-2025 school year, she will serve as Director at Large on the ACSA State Board, continuing her advocacy for equitable and high-quality education.
